The Sparks brand has grown to be one of the most famous and respected brands of burgers in the country and is manufactured by our sister company The Burger Manufacturing Company Ltd.

HISTORY

Formed in 1975 Sparks Catering Butchers have grown to become one of the major wholesalers specialising in the fast food market in the South East of England. We are proud to still be a family run business and we currently have three generations of the Sparks family working in all areas of the business.

OUR MISSION

Our comprehensive range of products covers all areas and sizes of business and we continue to look for new and innovative products to compliment our existing range. We offer a personalised delivery service covering the most of the South East of England but can also facilitate customers wanting to pick up from our depot in Enfield. We also now have the facilities to take card payments at our depot or over the phone.
